About Us
When you arrive at our Clay Pigeon Shooting venue, you’ll be provided with a full safety briefing from our qualified instructors whilst being kitted out with all the safety gear needed to participate.
Each event is instructor led on a one to one basis giving you just the information you need to hit clays. We pride ourselves on top notch instruction without unnecessary technical waffle or life stories from our instructors wasting your time. Our team have taught more than 5000 people to shoot clays over the last 20 years and a high success rate of hit targets is the norm. Yes even if you have turned up convinced you will not hit anything!
In our years of experience ladies and gents shoot equally as well as each other and the shotgun doesn’t care who’s holding it.
We pride ourselves in matching the size of the gun to the individual to give you the most comfortable shooting experience possible. Shooting should not hurt or be a scary activity. All our events are fully insured with a hand picked team of instructors trained by a nationally qualified senior CPSA coach with years of experience between them
Meet the Team
Nick Phillips-Holt
Senior CPSA coach
Nationally qualified instructor with over 21 years experience running Clay shooting. I get great enjoyment out of teaching people to hit their first moving target with a shotgun. Most people are apprehensive when they arrive and most think they wont hit anything. We have selected targets which over the years we have found at least one suits each person in the group and most excel at more. Every one leaves happy and pleasantly surprised at their first shooting experience.
Brian Phillips-Holt
Trainee Coach
Brian has become an integral part of the Clay Shooting team as 2nd in command. His experience and expertise have enabled him to help teach more than 200 people about this exciting activity. Brian is truly an example of what it means to be a leader in the Clay Shooting Club. With his knowledge, skill and dedication to the sport, he has become a valued asset to the team.

I enjoy learning something every week!
